- Please note that custom orders may require additional time. We will notify you if there are any delays.

- Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen and your location. 
- Standard shipping usually takes 2-10 business days, while express shipping typically takes  2-3 business days.

### Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. 
- You can use this number to monitor your package's journey.

### Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.

- If your package does not arrive, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

### International Shipping
- Sorry we are not shipping to international just yet, due to the cost of shipping. this is something we will be looking into into the near future.
